Chicken Jalfrezi Recipe

Ingredients
500 g chicken breast, skin removed
90 g bell pepper, diced
200 g onion, diced
280 g tomato, chopped
200 g plain yogurt
20 g chili pepper
230 g potato
Directions
  1. Mix 100g yoghurt and 1/2 pack jalfrezi curry powder. Spread this over the chicken thoroghly and marinade for 15 minutes.

  2. Mix remaining yoghurt, onions, peppers and chili and set aside.

  3. In a pan, simmer tomatos and potatos in water until potatos are cooked.

  4. Add the chicken mix, until chicken is cooked.

  5. Add remaining yoghurt and vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes or so.

  6. Serve over rice or with naan bread.
