| 500 | g chicken breast, skin removed |
| 90 | g bell pepper, diced |
| 200 | g onion, diced |
| 280 | g tomato, chopped |
| 200 | g plain yogurt |
| 20 | g chili pepper |
| 230 | g potato |
- Mix 100g yoghurt and 1/2 pack jalfrezi curry powder. Spread this over the chicken thoroghly and marinade for 15 minutes.
- Mix remaining yoghurt, onions, peppers and chili and set aside.
- In a pan, simmer tomatos and potatos in water until potatos are cooked.
- Add the chicken mix, until chicken is cooked.
- Add remaining yoghurt and vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes or so.
- Serve over rice or with naan bread.
