Perch in Soy Sauce Recipe

135g perch marinated in soy sauce and gralic

Ingredients
135 g perch
15 ml soy sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/8 cup lemon juice
Directions
  1. mix soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice

  2. sit fish in marinade and place in the fridge for at least an hour

  3. place fish in the grill. Discard of marinade left in the bowl

  4. Grill fish for 6 minutes or until flaky
