Directions
- 1 c green pepper, small chopped
- 1 c white onion, small chopped
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 lbs, extra lean ground turkey meat
- 1/4 teaspoon Tuscan spices
- mix well
- Spray loaf pan with Pam
- Pack turkey loaf mixture in pan
- bake at 350
