Filling homemade cream of carrot and onion
| 2 | carrots |
| 1/2 | large onion |
| 1 | cup milk |
| 10 | g butter |
- Boil the carrots so the begin to soften
- Drain the carrots
- Add milk and onion to the pan and bring to the boil
- Simmer on a low heat for 5-10 mins
- Using a blender, smooth ingredients
- Return soup to hob and heat for a further 5 mins
- Serve with a spinkle of parsley
