Mini Mexican Pizzas

Ingredients
16 ounces tomato puree
16 ounces kidney beans
4 tbsp. onion
4 tbsp. green pepper
2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. lettuce
8 bagels
Directions
Mix tomato puree, rinsed kidney beans, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, dried oregano together. Place mixture on top of 1/2 a bagel and top with 1/8 cup of lettuce and 1/8 cup of mozzarella cheese. Substitute regular bagels for whole wheat in order to increase the nutritional value of this recipe.
