filling and low cal

Ingredients
2 brussels sprouts
125 g vegetable stock
56 g broccoli
1/2 cup green beans
1 carrot, sliced
1 cup water
Directions
  1. place prepared stock and an extra cup of water in sauce pan

  2. add vegetables

  3. season with dried chives and parsley

  4. bring to boil

  5. simmer until vegetables are tender

  6. serve and enjoy
