This a light healthy version of Lasagna
| 255 | g pasta, dry |
| 3 | cups marinara sauce |
| 2 | cups nonfat cottage cheese |
| 10 | tsp grated parmesan cheese |
| 20 | oz ground turkey, lean browned |
- brown the meat
- add the marinara sauce and mix
- preheat the oven to 350
- put the meat sauce, than a layer of lasagna sheets, then cottage cheese, and so on for 4 layers.
- Put the parmesan cheese on top
- Cover and bake for 55 min
