Ingredients

oz Frozen Chopped Broccoli |
| 1 |
Egg |
| 1 |
small Onion |
| 1/4 |
cup Parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 |
clove Garlic |
| 1/2 |
tsp. salt |
| 1/4 |
cup Water |
| 1/4 |
tsp Ground Pepper |
Directions
- Cook broccoli for 1 to 2 minutes, drain.
- Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- Saute the onion and garlic in water until translucent, on medium heat.
- Add Broccoli and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Transfer to a pie plate. Add beaten egg and parmesan cheese, reserving a litte cheese to sprinkle on top.
- Mix together and flatten out.
- Sprinkle reserved cheese on top.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes
