homemade banana muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup bananas, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
Directions
  1. in large bowl combine: flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. In a separate bowl mix egg, banana, sugar and oil. combine both mixtures. spray nonstick on muffin tin, fill each tin 3/4 of the way full. bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin is clean.
