Directions
- Brown and season ground beef with garlic, chili powder, cumin and onion powder
- Mix in one cup of refried beans
- Mix together diced tomatoes, rotel and enchilada sauce
- Spread tomatoes on bottom of crock pot
- Lay in one tortilla
- Spread meat/bean mixture
- Sprinkle some cheese
- Another ladle of tomatoe mix
- Continue to layer -- leave enough space for expansion!
