A recipe for Rosh Hashana
| 1 | kg turkey breast, meat only |
| 1 | large carrot, peeled and quartered |
| 1 | medium squash, washed and quartered |
| 1 | leek, quartered |
| 1 | tbs honey |
| 1 | tsp mustard seed, crushed |
| 1/2 | tsp clove, crushed |
| 1/2 | tsp Star Anise, crushed |
- Place turkey breast and vegetables into a deep baking pan.
- Mix honey with seasonings and spread over top of turkey breast
- Bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour or until center is done.
- Cool then slice into even slices. Reheat before serving.
