Honey Mustard Turkey Breast Recipe

A recipe for Rosh Hashana

Ingredients
1 kg turkey breast, meat only
1 large carrot, peeled and quartered
1 medium squash, washed and quartered
1 leek, quartered
1 tbs honey
1 tsp mustard seed, crushed
1/2 tsp clove, crushed
1/2 tsp Star Anise, crushed
Directions
  1. Place turkey breast and vegetables into a deep baking pan.

  2. Mix honey with seasonings and spread over top of turkey breast

  3. Bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour or until center is done.

  4. Cool then slice into even slices. Reheat before serving.
