Hearty soup. Yeilds about 12 cups of super thick soup.

Ingredients
| 20 |
oz pork tenderloin |
| 2 |
cups tomatoe puree |
| 1 |
tsp olive oil |
| 1 |
tbs flour |
| 1 |
cup corn |
| 1 |
cup peas |
| 1 |
cup carrots |
| 2 |
cups green beans |
| 1 1/2 |
cup barley (1/2 c dry) |
| 1 |
cup celery |
| 1 |
cup onion |
| 1/3 |
cups great northern beans (1.5 cups cooked) |
| 16 |
cups water (or broth) |
Directions
- lightly dust meat with flour and brown in oil
- add chopped veggies and the rest of ingredients.
- cook for a few hours.
- may need to add water if boils down too low.
- option use chicken or beef broth for some of the water
