oz Frozen Spinach |

Egg |

small Onion |
| 1/4 |
cup Parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 |
clove Garlic |
| 1/2 |
tsp. salt |
| 1/4 |
cup Water |
| 1 |
Fresh Ground Pepper |
Directions
- Cook Spinach 2-3 minutes. Drain.
- Saute Onion and Garlic in 1/4 Cup Water
- until transparent.
- Add Spinach. COOL
- Add egg, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Reserve tiny amount of cheese to sprinkle on top.
- Bake 15 min 375* oven
- Enjoy
