Applesauce is substituted for oil in this low fat recipe

Ingredients
| 1 1/2 |
cups Whole Wheat Flour |
| 1 |
cup Rolled Oats |
| 1/4 |
cup granulated sugar |
| 2 |
tsp baking powder |
| 1 |
tsp Baking soda |
| 1/2 |
tsp salt |
| 2 |
eggs |
| 1/2 |
cup applesauce |
| 1/4 |
cup skim milk |
| 1 |
cup bananas |
Directions
- In large bowl meausre in first six dry ingredients. Stir to mix. Make a well in the center.
- In small bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Mix in applesauce, milk and mashed bananas. Pour into well. Stir just to moisten. Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in 400 degree F for 20-25 minutes.
