Quick meal to make for lunch or dinner on a tight budget

Ingredients

cup brown rice |
| 4 |
ounce Chicken breast |
| 1 |
cup carrots, green beans |
| 1 |
tbsp Olive oil |
Directions
- In a rice cooker, add 1 cup of store brand wild brown rice, 2 cups of water. Then close and hit the button. Bake the chicken breast with any seasoning in the oven wrapped in foil. Get Frozen green beans and frozen baby carrots, sautee them in the a pan 1tbsp of olive oil.
