oz (lean) boneless pork chops (10068), net from 7 ounces fresh |

teaspoon oil |

tablespoons chopped onion |
| 1 |
clove minced garlic |
| 1/4 |
cup green pepper, chopped |
| 1/2 |
cup water |
| 1 |
teaspoon (reduced sodium) soy sauce (16424) |

tablespoon (no salt added) catsup (11949) |
| 1 |
tablespoon (reduced sugar) orange marmalade (95135) |
| 1 |
teaspoon (spicy brown) mustard |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon sesame oil |
Directions
- Preheat broiler. Spray broiler rack with cooking spray. Broil chops 4 inches from heat source until rare, about 2 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan. Add onion, garlic and green pepper. Sauté until onion is translucent. Add water, soy sauce, catsup, marmalade, mustard and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer and stir until smooth.
- Add pork chops and cover with sauce. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Check often and add water if necessary to prevent burning.
