Ingredients

tsp cinnamon |

g splenda (5 packets) |
| 1/2 |
cup fat free yogurt |
| 1/2 |
cup 2% milk |
| 1 |
egg |
| 1 |
cup shredded zucchini |
| 1/4 |
cup shredded carrot |
| 1/2 |
cup raisins |
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet ingredients together well.
- Add wet to dry, mix gently til moistened.
- Pour into 12 lined muffin cups.
- Bake at 350F for 20mins, or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
