Banana Bread

Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2 bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray pam on bread pan.

  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Then mix together the bananas, the sugar, the egg and the oil. In a saparate bowl, mix together the flour, the baking soda and the salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, stirring as you go.

  3. Fill the bread pan approximately 1/3 full and put it in the oven. Let the banana bread bake for about an hour, until it starts to turn dark brown. You should be able to stick in a knife and have it come out clean. Let it cool in the pan before removing and slicing.
