Banana Bread

Ingredients

cup sugar |
| 1/4 |
cup vegetable oil |
| 1 |
egg |
| 2 |
bananas |
| 1 1/2 |
cups flour |
| 1 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1 |
teaspoon baking soda |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray pam on bread pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Then mix together the bananas, the sugar, the egg and the oil. In a saparate bowl, mix together the flour, the baking soda and the salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, stirring as you go.
- Fill the bread pan approximately 1/3 full and put it in the oven. Let the banana bread bake for about an hour, until it starts to turn dark brown. You should be able to stick in a knife and have it come out clean. Let it cool in the pan before removing and slicing.
