Ingredients
1/2 serving protein
1/4 cup Egg Substitute
1 tbsp pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Flax seed Milled
Directions
  1. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Pan fry as pancakes.
