vegetarian chopped liver

Ingredients
15 oz green peas
15 oz green beans
1 cup walnuts
3 eggs
1 onion
Directions
  1. hard boils eggs. allow to cool, peel and mash with fork. dice onion and satue in a little oil. drain peas and green beans and blot dry with paper towel. Pulse walnuts in food processor until they are finely chopped. add onion and blend well. add peas, beans and eggs and blend all together into a fine mixture. 1 serving is 1/4 cup. equal to 1 ww point
