My kids love these. I got the recipe off the back of a bag of flour.

Ingredients
| 2 |
cups flour |
| 1 1/2 |
tsp salt |
| 1 |
tbsp baking powder |
| 1 |
cup milk |
| 2 |
large eggs |
| 2/3 |
cup sugar |
| 1 |
cup peanut butter |
| 1/3 |
cup vegetable oil |
| 1/2 |
cup jam |
| 1/4 |
cup sugar |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except jam and remaining 1/4 cup sugar in bowl and mix on low speed.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with the batter. Spoon 2 level teaspoons of jam (I use only 1, it seems to be enough.) Divide remaining batter between the muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes at 375.
