Makes 10 servings

guacamole with white beans makes it taste great and lower in fat.

Ingredients
1 avocado
2 roma tomatoes
1/8 onion
8 oz. great northern beans
Directions
  1. Put avocado, 1 can of white beans, and a squirt of lime juice in a blender until smooth.

  2. Add chopped tomato and chopped onion.

  3. Eat up. Each serving is calculated to be about 1/4 cup.
