Banana bread. Obviously not diet food. I make it for my husband and was curious to see how many claories it is. Disappointed to see that I definitely cannot eat it.

Ingredients

cups sugar |

bananas (mashed) |
| 6 |
tbsps whole milk |
| 4 |
cups flour |
| 1 |
tsp baking soda |
| 1 |
tsp baking powder |
| 1 |
tsp salt |
| 1 |
cup margarine |
| 1 |
tsp vanilla |
| 1 |
cup pecans or walnuts |
Directions
- Mix eggs, sugar and bananas.
- Add sifted dry ingredients.
- Add margarine, vanilla and nuts.
- Bake at 350.
- Makes 8 mini loaves.
