Makes 16 servings

Banana bread. Obviously not diet food. I make it for my husband and was curious to see how many claories it is. Disappointed to see that I definitely cannot eat it.

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 bananas (mashed)
6 tbsps whole milk
4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans or walnuts
Directions
  1. Mix eggs, sugar and bananas.

  2. Add sifted dry ingredients.

  3. Add margarine, vanilla and nuts.

  4. Bake at 350.

  5. Makes 8 mini loaves.
