sausage and veggie soup

Makes 2 servings

tasty super fast soup

Ingredients
4 oz turkey sausage
15 oz diced tomatoes
15 oz chicken stock
2 cups mixed vegetables
1/2 cup diced onions
Directions
  1. sautee diced onions (I use frozed prechopped) in a skillet coated with olice oil spray until they are golden. add seasoning (red pepper, garlic, italian what ever you like)

  2. Add tomatoes, stock and diced precooked sausage and bring to a boil.

  3. Add frozen mixed vegetables and return to boil.

  4. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
