1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp thyme
0.33 cups celery
1/4 cups leeks
0.33 cup parsley
1 dash red pepper flakes
1 dash italian seasoning
Directions
  1. combine, slow cook with seitan, eat
