Ingredients

large zucchini |
| 3 |
squash, summer, medium |
| 1 |
cup broccoli |
| 1 |
cup mushrooms |
| 1 |
cup cauliflower |
| 2 |
cups pasta sauce, meatless |
| 1 |
lb beef, ground |
| 1 |
cup cheese, mozzarella |
Directions
- Prepare meat by browning, drain, and pat dry (may substitute pepperoni or other favorite).
- Chop the vegetables and saute until tender.
- Mix meat with vegetables and place in a casserole dish.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over meat and vegetable mixture.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Place and 350-degree oven until bubble and brown (approximately 20 minutes).
- Serve hot.
