Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
1/2 cantaloupe
2 bananas
2 cups ice (about)
1 cup water (about)
Directions
  1. slice the cantaloupe, place in the freezer overnight or at least a few hours

  2. take the melon out to thaw while you slice the bananas (you may end up having to re-cut the melon if it's frozen together)

  3. place all the ingredients in the blender

  4. when you're done, you can eat it right away or refrigerate--but not freeze.
