Deviled Eggs

Makes 12 servings

Basic deviled eggs recipe (I mean VERY basic)

Ingredients
300 grams hard boiled eggs (6)
2 tbsp mayo
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
Directions
  1. Halve hard boiled eggs

  2. Put yolks in bowl with mayo and mustard and mix thoroughly.

  3. Put mixture into large zip-lock bag and cut off a small bit of one of the bottom corners.

  4. Pipe mixture into egg halves and sprinkle with paprika if desired.
