tofu-hummus spread

Makes 6 servings

extra protein hummus

Ingredients
2 T. tahini
163 grams dried chickpeas
325 grams tofu
Directions
  1. Soak chickpeas overnight. Cook 50 minutes or until very soft.

  2. In a food processor, grind chickpeas, tofu and tahini.

  3. Add if desired: garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, hot sauce.
