Ingredients
1/4 melon, medium (cantaloupe)
19 g raspberries (10)
1/4 banana
2 cups ice
1/2 cup water
Directions
  1. Cut the melon in half, scoop out the seeds. Save one half in the fridge.

  2. In a tupperware, cut the melon-half into chunks or make melon-balls, slice the banana, add the berries, and stick it in the freezer(optional).

  3. Put the fruit in a blender before adding the ice.
