| 2 | cups cooked soy beans |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 3 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 | tbsp. olive oil |
| 2/3 | cup oatmeal |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 | tbsp. sesame seeds |
| 2 | tbsp. soy sauce |
fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil until brown. mix all ingredients together in a food processor fitted with the steel blade. divide into 6 patties. fry over high heat on a non-stick griddle that has been lightly sprayed with Pam.Categories
