Easy Vegetable Soup

Makes 2 servings

fast and easy veggie soup. Season as you like. I use red pepper flakes, italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Ingredients
1/3 cup onions
2 cups mixed vegetables
15 oz tomatoes
15 oz chicken broth
Directions
  1. Sautee onions in olive oil spray. This is the perfect time to season.

  2. When onion have a nice color, add the other ingredients.

  3. Stir and Simmer for 15 minutes.
