Ingredients

tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter |
| 2 |
tablespoons unsweetened applesauce |
| 4 |
ounces fat free cream cheese |
| 1/4 |
cup Splenda granular |
| 1 |
teaspoon vanilla |
| 2 1/2 |
scoops GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein (Chocolate Caramel) |
Directions
- Melt peanut butter, applesauce and cream cheese in microwave.
- Mix in Splenda and vanilla. Make sure everything is mixed well before adding protein powder.
- Add protein powder, 1/2 scoop at a time. You will need to use your hands to mix this towards the end.
- Press into a small casserole and chill until firm.
- Cut into 6 bars. Wrap bars in plastic wrap or put in plastic bag and store in refrigerator.
