Chickpea Cilantro Dip

Makes 4 servings

A really easy, yummy dip that is great with carrot or celery sticks or grilled pita.

Ingredients
1 cup chickpeas
1/4 cup yogurt, plain, low fat
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped, fresh
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp water
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Slip skins from chickpeas with your fingers.

  2. Purée chickpeas with yogurt, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, water, and salt in a food processor until smooth.

  3. Serve!
