A really easy, yummy dip that is great with carrot or celery sticks or grilled pita.

Ingredients

cup chickpeas |
| 1/4 |
cup yogurt, plain, low fat |
| 1/2 |
cup cilantro, chopped, fresh |
| 1 |
clove garlic, chopped |
| 1 1/2 |
tbsp lemon juice |
| 1 |
tbsp water |
| 1/4 |
tsp salt |
Directions
- Slip skins from chickpeas with your fingers.
- Purée chickpeas with yogurt, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, water, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
- Serve!
