potatoe and sausage casserole
| 5 | pounds potatoes |
| 2 | pounds pork sausage |
| 1/4 | cups sage |
| 1 | cup butter |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tbsp pepper |
- boil potatoes in water till tender
- drain and mash with butter
- brown sausage with salt, pepper, and sage
- mix all together put in casserole dish
- serve or store or freeze
- just rewarm before eating
