Healthy Soup!

Ingredients
| 1/2 |
cup zucchini |
| 1/2 |
cup carrots |
| 2 |
medium potatoes |
| 1/2 |
medium onion |
| 1 |
clove garlic |
| 1/2 |
cup bean sprouts |
| 16 |
oz chicken broth |
Directions
- Chop zucchini, garlic, and onion.
- Peel and chop carrots and potatoes.
- Wash bean sprouts.
- Put all ingredients into large soup pot.
- Bring to a boil
- Simmer for 15 minutes (or until vegetables are at desired softness).
- Pour soup into blender and pulse until desired chunkiness.
