Ingredients
40 g pakage oatmeal
1 tsp (24.5g) fat free milk
1 oz (28.3g) piece of wheat toast
Directions
  1. make the oatmeal according to instructions on the box

  2. toast up your bread

  3. put a dash of milk in your oatmeal

  4. sit and eat
