Use fresh tomatoes
Very healthy tomato soup
1pt on ww almost a zero!

Ingredients
| 3 |
medium tomatoes, peeled and quartered |
| 1 1/2 |
cups water |
| 1/2 |
cup onion, chopped (1 medium) |
| 1/2 |
cup celery, chopped (1 stalk) |
| 2 |
tbsp basil, fresh, chopped |
| 2 |
tsp chicken bouillon |
| 1/3 |
cup tomato paste |
| 3 |
tsp hot sauce |
| 1 |
tsp sugar |
Directions
- Put all ingredients in large pot
- Simmer, covered, about 20 minutes or till veggies are tender
- Remove from heat and cool 20 minutes
- Blend in blender 1/2 mixture at a time, blend till smooth
- Return to pot and heat through
- If desired garnish with addt'l basil or cilantro
