Ingredients
2 oz whole wheat bread
91 g tofu
1 slice tomato
1 tsp curry powder
Directions
  1. first, fry or grill or just cook the tofu (oil calorie not included in recipe).

  2. then stir tofu with one tsp of curry powder

  3. slice a tomato

  4. and add it in your whole wheat bread.
