2 tbs. SOY SAUCE
3 tbs. CANOLA OIL
1/4 cup BEAN SPROUTS
1/4 GREEN ONIONS
1/2 AVOCADO
Directions
  1. SAUTE BEAN SPROUTS AND GREEN ONION IN COOKING OIL

  2. MIX EGGS, EGG BEATERS AND SOY SAUCE IN A BOWL

  3. POUR EGG MIXTURE INTO PAN OVER VEGETABLES

  4. COOK UNTIL DONE

  5. TOP WITH SLICED AVOCADO
