Apple oatmeal Muffins 2

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Oatmeal
3/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/2 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice
1 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup milk, skim
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 Egg
1/4 cup Flax Seed, milled
300 grams apple
Directions
In large bowl, combine oatmeal, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, baking powder and baking soda. Add applesauce, soy milk, brown sugar, oil and egg white; mix until dry ingredients are just moistened. Fill muffin cups almost full. In small bowl, combine topping ingredients; sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake in 400 oven for 20 minutes or until deep golden brown.
