3-grain Raspberry muffins

Yummy. Use almond milk, No soy!

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup soy milk
3/4 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup wheat bran
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup honey
5 tablespoons canola oil
1 egg
2/3 cup raspberries
Directions
  1. Heat oats and cormeal in milk. Mix wet into dry and cook for 15 minutes at 400.
