Banana Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup bananas, mashed
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup applesauce
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes. Let cool before serving. Best flavor achieved by placing in an airtight container or bag overnight.
