Fat-Free Granola Recipe

Makes 5 servings


High Protein, low in fat granola

Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup millet
3/4 cup cranberry juice or apple or orange
2 tbl cinnamon
1 tbl vanilla
Directions
  1. Mix together so that is it simply moist and sticky. Add or subtract liquid as needed.

  2. Spread out mix onto a non-stick cookie sheet as thin as possible

  3. Bake at 375 F (190 C) for about 30 minutes, mix, and bake for another 30

  4. Watch those edges toward the end, as they'll brown or burn. But, the result is a nice crunchy texture.
