High Protein, low in fat granola
| 2 | cups oatmeal |
| 1/4 | cup flour |
| 1/4 | cup millet |
| 3/4 | cup cranberry juice or apple or orange |
| 2 | tbl cinnamon |
| 1 | tbl vanilla |
- Mix together so that is it simply moist and sticky. Add or subtract liquid as needed.
- Spread out mix onto a non-stick cookie sheet as thin as possible
- Bake at 375 F (190 C) for about 30 minutes, mix, and bake for another 30
- Watch those edges toward the end, as they'll brown or burn. But, the result is a nice crunchy texture.
