Garden Salad Recipe

Makes 4 servings


Light salad that is good with just about any meal or by itself

Ingredients
19 oz chopped lettuce
10 1/2 oz sliced carrots
7 7/10 oz chopped yellow onion
Directions
  1. Chop lettuce up from a head of lettuce and add to a big mixing bowl

  2. Slice carrots or use prepackaged sliced carrots and toss into the salad

  3. Chop about 1/2 medium sized yellow onion to add to the salad

  4. Give the salad a toss to mix all ingredients up and serve
