Light salad that is good with just about any meal or by itself
| 19 | oz chopped lettuce |
| 10 1/2 | oz sliced carrots |
| 7 7/10 | oz chopped yellow onion |
- Chop lettuce up from a head of lettuce and add to a big mixing bowl
- Slice carrots or use prepackaged sliced carrots and toss into the salad
- Chop about 1/2 medium sized yellow onion to add to the salad
- Give the salad a toss to mix all ingredients up and serve
