Fat Free Sugar Free Banana Muffins Recipe

Makes 9 servings


Banana Muffins made with applesauce instead of oil and Splend instead of sugar

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup Splenda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup skim milk
3/4 cups bananas, mashed
1/4 cup applesauce
Directions
  1. Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Mix all wet ingredients together in a countertop mixer. Add dry ingredient mixture a little at a time and mix at medium speed until completely incorporated.

  2. Pour into muffin tin sprayed lightly with Pam and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
