Banana Muffins made with applesauce instead of oil and Splend instead of sugar
| 1 3/4 | cups all-purpose flour |
| 1/3 | cup Splenda |
| 2 | teaspoons baking powder |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
| 3/4 | cups bananas, mashed |
| 1/4 | cup applesauce |
- Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Mix all wet ingredients together in a countertop mixer. Add dry ingredient mixture a little at a time and mix at medium speed until completely incorporated.
- Pour into muffin tin sprayed lightly with Pam and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
