chocolate brownies with marshmallows, chocolate chips and caramel

Ingredients
| 1 |
box German Chocolate Cake Mix |
| 2/3 |
c Evaporated Milk |
| 2/3 |
c melted light Margarine |
| 14 |
oz caramel |
| 8 |
oz marshmallow |
| 1 |
c Chocolate Chips |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine melted margarine 1/3 C evaporated milk and german chocolate cake mix. Pat 3/4 into the bottom of an un-greased 9x13 cake pan, bake 6-8 minutes. Allow to cool.
- While brownies are cooling in the microwave on low heat melt the caramel with the remaining 1/3 C evaporated milk. Allow to settle for 4-5 mins until begins to thicken.
- Pour caramel mixture over brownies, add the marshmallows and then the chocolate chips.
- Pat remaining 1/4 batter on the top (this is why you had to let it cool a little, otherwise the caramel and melted mallows and chips stick to your fingers).
- Bake 15-20 mins, or until the mallows are slightly browned on top.
