Cream of Potato and Cauliflower Soup Recipe

Nice creamy soup

Ingredients
4 1/2 cups potatoes
1 1/2 cups leeks
2 1/2 cups cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup soymilk
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon dill
Directions
  1. saute potatoes, leeks and cauliflower in oil until tender

  2. add water and spices Bring to a boil

  3. simmer for about 30 minutes

  4. Blend soup if desired
