Makes 20 servings

Tasty homemade breakfast cereal

Ingredients
5 cups oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup soya flour
1 cup coconut, dessicated
1 cup dry milk
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup honey
1 cup sultanas
Directions
  1. Mix together all dry ingredients except sultanas

  2. Add oil and mix thoroughly

  3. Add honey and mix thoroughly

  4. Bake 1 hour in pre-heated oven at 200F/120C on two cookie sheets

  5. Cool on greaseproof paper and add sultanas.

  6. Serve with milk or yoghurt, potentially adding fresh berries or sliced banana.
