Tasty homemade breakfast cereal

Ingredients
| 5 |
cups oats |
| 1 |
cup sunflower seeds |
| 1 |
cup sesame seeds |
| 1 |
cup wheat germ |
| 1 |
cup soya flour |
| 1 |
cup coconut, dessicated |
| 1 |
cup dry milk |
| 1 |
cup walnuts, chopped |
| 1 |
cup sunflower oil |
| 1 |
cup honey |
| 1 |
cup sultanas |
Directions
- Mix together all dry ingredients except sultanas
- Add oil and mix thoroughly
- Add honey and mix thoroughly
- Bake 1 hour in pre-heated oven at 200F/120C on two cookie sheets
- Cool on greaseproof paper and add sultanas.
- Serve with milk or yoghurt, potentially adding fresh berries or sliced banana.
