Zucchini Quiche

Egg based dish

Ingredients
2 zucchini
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
3 large eggs
1 large onion
1 tsp olive oil
1 pinch salt
2 tbs milk
Directions
  1. slice zucchini and dice onion then fry in a saucepan with the oil and crushed garlic until soft. transfer to a dish the size of a dinner plate and at least 2.5cm deep. spread out evenly. Beat the egg with a little milk & salt and pour over. Bake in oven until golden on top and set.
