zucchini |

clove of garlic (crushed) |

large eggs |
| 1 |
large onion |
| 1 |
tsp olive oil |
| 1 |
pinch salt |
| 2 |
tbs milk |
Directions
- slice zucchini and dice onion then fry in a saucepan with the oil and crushed garlic until soft. transfer to a dish the size of a dinner plate and at least 2.5cm deep. spread out evenly. Beat the egg with a little milk & salt and pour over. Bake in oven until golden on top and set.
